Every method settles against a Proforma Invoice, and the balance is paid before the goods leave Guangzhou. Compare the routes below, then keep the first order safe with a small trial, photo confirmation before shipment, and optional platform secure trading.

Settlement speed is the typical clearing time for the payment itself, not the lead time of the order. Account and payment-link details are shared with the PI and are never published on this page.
Payment terms
Paid before shipment, honestly.
The balance is paid before the goods leave Guangzhou, and most orders are simply paid in full against the PI; no fixed deposit tier is set here, the split is agreed order by order. A first order is not shipped on open account or after-delivery terms — before there is order history, that would move all the risk onto the supplier — so the pre-payment is made safe instead.
First-order protection
- Start small. Many lines have an MOQ of one, so a first order can be a few parts.
- Platform secure trading. Made-in-China secure trading creates a third-party platform order record.
- Photo before shipment. Confirm every line by photo before packing; change any mismatch before it ships.

Do you support third-party payment protection?
Yes. A first order can be placed through Made-in-China platform secure trading, creating a third-party platform order record; the applicable platform terms are shown in the order flow before payment. Brace is a Diamond Member and Audited Supplier on Made-in-China. It is available as an optional third-party record path for new buyers, alongside bank wire, card and the other methods.
What payment terms apply to a first order?
Payment is completed before shipment, and most orders are paid in full against the Proforma Invoice; no fixed deposit tier is set on this page, and the exact split is agreed order by order. A first order is not shipped on open account or after-delivery terms, because parts are sourced, checked and packed against your specific order. To keep the risk fair both ways, every line is confirmed by photo before packing, and a first order can stay small or use platform secure trading.
How do I know my parts are right before shipment?
Goods arrive at the Guangzhou warehouse, each line is photographed, and the photos are sent to you to confirm before packing. Only after you confirm are the parts packed and shipped, and a tracking number follows dispatch. If something does not match, it can be changed before the shipment leaves.

Add OE numbers, VIN or old-part photos and destination. You get a Proforma Invoice with parts, prices, freight and payment terms, then you decide how to pay.
