Photos To Request Before Packing
Use this checklist before approving mixed-SKU shipments, body parts, lamps, mirrors, cooling parts, steering parts, and other wrong-version-risk items.
Minimum Photo Set
- Actual product front photo
- OE label, carton label, or old-part match photo
- Connector, side, bracket, hole, or mounting detail photo
- Final packing photo before dispatch
Extra Photos For Risk Items
- Lamps: side, plug, lens detail, box label
- Bumpers and panels: holes, trim cut-outs, corner detail, crate photo
- Cooling parts: pipe outlet, fan plug, core, fragile packing
- Chassis parts: left / right mark, bushing, joint, casting mark
Buyer Approval
Approve shipment only after the product, label, side or connector detail, quantity, and packing photo match the RFQ.
