Replenishment Conversation / RFQ

Start with the conversation,
not the list.
Then we check and quote.

Importers, distributors and resellers: tell us what you sell, where it goes, when you buy next, and which part of the process keeps starting over. A 20–30 line pilot list only comes after we both see a fit. Vehicle owners: send one higher-value exact part when a final fitment or photo check will decide the order.

Before You Request A Quote

Quoting Questions, Answered

What do you need from me to give an accurate quote?

At minimum: the OE number(s) or part name, the vehicle brand, model and year, quantity per line, and your destination country and city. For version-sensitive parts such as bumpers, lamps, body panels and sensors, the VIN or a photo of the old part lets me confirm the exact fitment before you pay.

I only have the old part and no OE number. Can you still quote?

If one final identification check will decide a higher-value exact-part purchase, send a clear photo with any stamped numbers, vehicle brand, model, year, quantity and destination. General photo research without a buying next step stays in the self-service lane.

Why do you ask for the VIN?

Chinese-brand models change parts across model years and trims without changing the model name. The VIN lets me confirm you get the right version of bumpers, headlights, cooling parts, mirrors and trim, instead of shipping a part that looks right but does not fit.

Do you have a minimum order?

SKU-level minimums depend on the source and packing. A purchase-ready owner may request one higher-value exact piece when one final check will decide the order; an importer or distributor should start with 20–30 priority lines, quantities, destination and buying timeline. Lists above 100 lines expand after the buying and payment path is confirmed.

Can I mix different brands in one order?

Yes, mixed-brand baskets are the default. Chery, GWM/Haval, MG/Roewe, Jetour, Changan, GAC and BYD non-EV parts ship consolidated from Guangzhou, so you do not pay separate freight per brand.

Which brands and parts do you cover?

Chery (Tiggo, Arrizo), GWM/Haval (H6, Jolion, Tank, Poer/Cannon), MG and legacy Roewe, Jetour, Changan and GAC (small-batch / inquiry sourcing). For BYD I supply body and serviceable parts only, not the high-voltage three-electric system.

What about left-hand drive versus right-hand drive?

Tell me the destination market, for example Australia/RHD or Gulf/LHD, and send the VIN. Steering side and market spec change parts like lamps, mirrors and dashboards, so I check RHD/LHD fitment before quoting.

How will I know the part actually fits before it ships?

I check the OE number and VIN first. For confirmed goods, I share the relevant product or packing photo before dispatch; a pre-order photo request is limited to the one detail that decides the purchase.

How are quote requests prioritized?

Requests with quantity, destination and a clear buying next step receive priority. Timing depends on how many lines and suppliers need validation.
